How do I refill my Bisetti mill?

Unscrew the top knob.
Remove the top.
Fill with whole peppercorns or coarse salt.
Replace the top.
Tighten the knob to your preferred grind setting.

What type of salt should I use?

Bisetti salt mills work best with:

Sea salt
Himalayan pink salt
Coarse kosher salt
Other coarse, dry salts

Avoid fine table salt or damp salts, as they may clog the grinder.

What type of peppercorns can I use?

Use:

Black peppercorns
White peppercorns
