Any item purchased from BisettiUSA.com can be returned in new, unused condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Before you send it back

• Shipping charges from our warehouse to you are deducted from the refund. The amount depends on the items you ordered.
• Return shipping is at your expense and is not refundable.
• Use a carrier with tracking, and insure the package for the purchase amount.
• Pack the item the way you received it, with the original packing material, and double-box it. Don't ship the item in its retail box alone.

2. Place the item(s), this form and the packing slip (if you have it) in a double box: original retail box, then a brown shipping box with cushioning.
3. Ship the package with the correct postage to the address below.

Damaged in transit?

If an item arrives damaged, report it within 5 days of receiving it. We'll send you a prepaid return label and replace it at our expense. Email info@bisettiusa.com, and please keep the original packaging, foam and paperwork.
